Custom tools for the reading and sorting nobody has time for.

Not a chatbot on your website. Purpose-built tools that work through documents, forms, and records the way a careful person would — and cite where every answer came from, so a human can check it in seconds instead of redoing it.

Sound familiar?

You're probably here because of one of these.

Somebody reads the same documents weekly

Contracts, applications, invoices, intake forms. Hours of skilled attention on work that is mostly pattern matching.

The backlog only grows

Volume went up, headcount didn't, and quality now depends on who happened to pick up the file.

You tried a generic AI tool

It gave confident answers you couldn't verify, so nobody trusts it and everyone went back to doing it by hand.

What you get

Everything included.

  • A working tool built for your actual documents and your actual process, not a demo
  • Every output cites the exact source passage behind it, so verification takes seconds
  • Human review built into the workflow at the point where it matters — the tool drafts, a person decides
  • Runs on infrastructure you control, with your data excluded from training
  • An accuracy check against work your team already did by hand, with the results shown to you honestly
  • Documentation written for whoever maintains it after me
  • Training for the people who'll use it every day
  • Thirty days of adjustments after launch, because the first two weeks of real use always surface something
How it runs

Start to finish.

01 / WATCH

See the real process

I sit with whoever does this work now. The documented process and the actual process are never the same.

02 / TEST

Small proof first

A narrow version on a sample of your real documents, measured against known answers. If it doesn't work, you find out cheaply.

03 / BUILD

The full tool

Only after the proof holds up. Built plainly, so it can be maintained without me.

04 / LAND

Deploy and train

Rolled out alongside the manual process at first, not instead of it, until your team trusts the output.

Fixed price
from $4,000

Depends entirely on the documents and the workflow. I'll quote after the first conversation, and I'll tell you if the honest answer is that a simple form or a spreadsheet would fix it for nothing.

Questions

Asked often enough to write down.

Will it hallucinate?

Any language model can. The design here is what manages it: the tool retrieves from your documents rather than answering from memory, cites the passage behind every claim, and routes anything low-confidence to a person. You verify by clicking a citation, not by re-reading the file.

Where does our data go?

Wherever you decide. It can run entirely on your infrastructure. Where a commercial model is used, it runs under terms that exclude your data from training, and I'll show you those terms rather than asking you to take my word.

Will this replace our staff?

In practice it moves them from reading to deciding, which is the part they're paid for. I'm not going to promise headcount reduction — anyone who promises that hasn't watched one of these get deployed.

What if it doesn't work?

That's what the proof stage is for, and it's deliberately cheap. If the small version can't hit useful accuracy on your real documents, we stop there and you've spent a fraction of the full build.

Who maintains it afterward?

You can. It's built plainly and documented. If you'd rather I handle changes later, that's a separate small engagement rather than an ongoing contract.

Next step

Tell me what your team reads all day.

If it's repetitive and document-heavy, there's usually something worth building. If there isn't, I'll say so.
